
- Ingredients
- 4 Pitas
- 8 Tbsp Pesto sauce
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 4oz Feta cheese
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place pitas in a single layer on a cookie sheet and bake for 4 minutes.
- Remove pitas from the oven.
- Spoon 2 Tbsp of pesto on each pita and spread for a thin covering while leaving a crust.
- Cover the pesto sauce with a single layer of sliced tomatoes.
- Top with crumbled feta cheese.
- Bake for 11 minutes or until feta starts to brown or pita gets brown and crisp.
- Remove from cookie sheet and slice each pita into 4 slices.
