  • Ingredients
  • 4 Pitas
  • 8 Tbsp Pesto sauce
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 4oz Feta cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place pitas in a single layer on a cookie sheet and bake for 4 minutes.
  3. Remove pitas from the oven.
  4. Spoon 2 Tbsp of pesto on each pita and spread for a thin covering while leaving a crust.
  5. Cover the pesto sauce with a single layer of sliced tomatoes.
  6. Top with crumbled feta cheese.
  7. Bake for 11 minutes or until feta starts to brown or pita gets brown and crisp.
  8. Remove from cookie sheet and slice each pita into 4 slices.
