The Newsroom premieres June 24th on HBO. It focuses on a network news anchor (Jeff Daniels) and a behind-the-scenes look at a nightly cable-news program. Beyond that, I think the trailer speaks for itself.
It looks like this might convince me to keep HBO beyond the second season of Game of Thrones.
